828cleaning LLC warrants covered tools against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery.

Covered

• Jumbo wool dryer balls that shed or split on first use.
• Wool scrubs that fall apart in ordinary dish use.

Not covered

• Liquids, gels, and creams (those follow the Returns Policy).
• Ordinary wear of wool after repeated loads or scrubbing.
• Damage from solvents the label did not allow, or from outdoor storage.

How to claim

Email hello@828cleaning.com with your order reference, the SKU, and two photos. If we confirm a defect we will replace the item or refund it. Replacement is the default when stock exists.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects in the listed tools and is offered by 828cleaning LLC.
