Returns Policy

828cleaning LLC accepts returns on unopened cleaning supplies within 30 days of delivery to a U.S. address.

What we take back

• Unopened bottles, kits, and tools in original packing.
• Wool dryer balls and wool scrubs that have not been used.

What we do not take back

• Opened liquids, gels, or creams.
• Wool that has been washed or used in a sink or dryer.
• Items the label says are not for return once the seal is broken.

How to start a return

Email hello@828cleaning.com with your order reference and the SKU. We will send a prepaid label for eligible items. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we scan the return.

Exchanges

If you want a different size, return the unopened item and place a new order. We do not hold inventory for informal swaps.

Wrong item

If we packed the wrong SKU, we pay return freight and send the correct one.

Warranty

Wool dryer balls and wool scrubs are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Normal wear is not a defect. Email photos and your order reference to start a claim.
