Shipping Policy

828cleaning LLC ships cleaning supplies to addresses in the United States.

Processing

In-stock orders leave within 1 to 3 business days after payment is authorized. Kits may add a day if a component is being packed.

Methods and cost

• Ground: free on orders of $45 or more before tax. Under $45 the checkout page quotes $6.50.
• Express: quoted at checkout (typically $12.00). Not available for PO boxes.

Delivery estimates are carrier windows, not guarantees. Weather and regional delays happen.

Tracking

When a carton scans, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. If you created an account, the same reference appears on the account page.

Address errors

If a package comes back as undeliverable, we will email you. Reshipping may require a new freight charge. We cannot redirect a carton that is already in the carrier network.

International

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Damaged cartons

Photograph the outer carton and the contents, then email hello@828cleaning.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged bottles that leaked in transit.
