Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 828cleaning LLC ("828") for use of this storefront.

The shop

828 is a shop of home cleaning supplies. Product names, makers, and prices are listed on each product page. Availability can change without notice.

Accounts

You may browse as a guest. If you create an account you are responsible for the email and password you use. Notify us at hello@828cleaning.com if you think someone else is using it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout, plus tax and shipping displayed on that page. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, if an item is out of stock, or if the order looks fraudulent.

Payment

Checkout accepts card. If the issuing bank cannot authorize the charge, the order is not completed and no payment is taken. You can try another card or email us for a manual invoice.

Shipping and returns

Delivery windows live in the Shipping Policy. Returns live in the Returns Policy. Those pages are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, attempt to break checkout, or use the shop to store or test stolen card numbers.

Intellectual property

The 828 name, this layout, and our product photography belong to 828cleaning LLC or our licensors. Maker names on product cards belong to those makers. You may not copy the catalog for a competing shop.

Disclaimers

Product photos and copy describe typical use. Always read the label on the bottle you receive. We are not liable for misuse, mixing chemicals, or use on surfaces the label excludes (for example, unsealed stone).

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, 828cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where 828cleaning LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
