Who makes these formulas?

Every bottle on this site is Rustic Strength, mixed in Missouri. Maker names sit on each product card. 828cleaning LLC is the merchant.

Can I buy a single bottle?

Yes. Kits are optional. Shop laundry, kitchen, surface, hands, bath, or the seasonal row.

Is everything unscented?

No. Fresh Linen and Citrus Bliss are the scented restocks. Unscented detergent, unscented dish, Plain Jane hand soap, and unscented lotion are here for houses that already had enough perfume.

Will this work on marble?

Usually no. Lots of Purpose and the floor concentrate are for sealed surfaces, not acid-sensitive stone. Email us before you mop marble.

How fast do you ship?

In-stock orders leave in 1 to 3 business days. Ground is free over $45. See the Shipping Policy.

What if payment fails at checkout?

If the bank cannot authorize the charge, we do not take a payment. Your cart stays available so you can try another card or email us.

How do I return something?

Unopened bottles within 30 days. Email hello@828cleaning.com with the order reference. Open liquids are not returnable.
